500g organic beef mince
2 spring onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves
1 egg
1 red chilli, chopped
1 small onion, diced
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp ketchup
1 handful of basil leaves
a dash of olive oil for frying
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and make four patties.
2. Fry for about 5 minutes on each side.
3. Serve on burger buns laden with big dollops of ketchup and top with bean sprouts and coriander.
