This week I'm over at Jul's Kitchen where I've made a Chicken & Mozzarella Salad With A Fig Relish Dressing. I was lucky enough to meet Giulia last month at Food Blogger Connect, and she is the sweetest person with a heart of gold, and publishes her lovely blog in both English & Italian from her gorgeous home in Tuscany.
I've wanted to create something savoury for my blog for a long time now, and when Giulia asked me to make something for her Summer Round-up series, I thought it was the perfect opportunity to try something new. It was very different creating, styling and shooting this compared to the desserts I normally make, and I had a lot of fun doing it. So expect more soon.
