I've been meaning to blog about this fig tart for months now, but I've been slightly overwhelmed with work and other commitments that I just haven't found the time! It was starting to feel very autumnal when I made this, but looking outside now, autumn seems very far away as London and the rest of Europe enjoys a gorgeous spell of warm weather, sunshine and blue, blue skies.
I've been busy putting the next issue of Mowiekay magazine together - the Christmas issue - and it's looking great - I'm very excited. I've shot quite a bit for it, but would still like to do much more, and I've had some amazing contributors so far - can't wait for you to see it.
