How can it be the middle of February already? Wasn't Christmas just last week?
It's blood orange season and I've had so many over the past few weeks but I still can't get enough of them. With their red stained flesh and almost raspberry-like flavour, they've been inspiring me to make some classic citrus recipes, where I've swapped lemons for blood oranges. All recipes after the jump.
