Summer is flying by and I wish it wouldn't as I never want it to end.
I know I don't usually post savoury recipes and images on this space, it's usually all sweets and desserts, but I've decided it was time for a change. I've been meaning to experiment with new savoury recipes in the kitchen, as well as shooting more savoury images for my portfolio. So what better way to start than with a great burger recipe?
Bruce has come up with this recipe and it's a total winner - easy, quick and simple but not scrimping on flavour in any way. And in case you're wondering about the name... his nickname is Big Bad Brutus, so naturally I couldn't help but call these burgers just that. I've also been meaning to make my own burger buns, gherkins & tomato ketchup - so here they all are, tried and tested - and all of them turned out perfectly. Summer may be coming to an end, but with all these classic summer recipes, maybe I can stretch it out, even if it's just for a little bit longer.
